As the fresh energy of Spring arrives, so does an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of hundreds of women across South Australia who need our care, our support – and our clothing donations.
Building on the success of our previous "Get Changed" campaign, MumKIND is proud to introduce "Spring.Fashion"—a seasonal initiative focused on empowering women through the gift of high-quality, pre-loved ‘corporate’ style clothing.
Why "Spring.Fashion"? Spring symbolizes renewal, growth, and new beginnings. This campaign is aptly named as it coincides with the Spring season, a time when we often refresh our wardrobes. "Spring.Fashion" is not just about donating pre-loved clothing; it’s about offering women the opportunity to step into employment interviews and new roles with confidence.
What We Need We are seeking donations of high-quality women’s clothing; items that are suitable for women to wear to job interviews, or as they embark on new careers. Items we welcome include:
- Shirts and blouses
- Jackets and blazers
- Skirts and trousers
- Suits and dresses
Each piece should be in excellent condition, freshly laundered, and ready to make someone feel empowered and prepared for the next step of their life.
All sizes are welcome.
Why It Matters There are countless women in our community who face truly challenging circumstances, be it domestic violence, homelessness, food insecurity, economic hardship – or all of this - and possibly all whilst raising young children. For these women, the gift of an appropriate outfit can be a powerful tool—not just providing warmth or covering, but also restoring dignity and confidence as well as an identity - and a sense of self-worth.
Fashion is more than just clothing; it’s an expression of who we are and how we wish to be perceived. By donating, you’re not just giving away garments and ensuring these clothes have a second life, —you’re offering these women a chance to move into new opportunities with pride and confidence.
Together, let’s make this Spring a season of renewal, growth, and positive new beginnings for women in need.
How You Can Help We invite you to contribute your pre-loved fashion now.
Our campaign officially kicks off today – Wednesday 28 August - and we are accepting donations from now through until 26 September.
All clothes will be packaged and delivered to the incredible team at Zahra Foundation in the first days of October.

Celebrating at the conclusion of our Spring.Fashion campaign, is a special event hosted by Min & Josephine at One Rundle Trading Co - Dulwich.
You are most welcome to bring your clothing donations on the night.
